Are gateway computers good computers for gaming?

I recently got a gateway computer in replacement for my Asus. So I was just wondering if they're good computer for gaming or if I should ask for a new computer. I know Alienware are good choices so you don't have to say that.

2. all depends on the computers spec not so much the brand, however gateway tend to make more low end/mid range computers so maybe not
