Are gateway computers good computers for gaming?
I recently got a gateway computer in replacement for my Asus. So I was just wondering if they're good computer for gaming or if I should ask for a new computer. I know Alienware are good choices so you don't have to say that.

- They are decent
- all depends on the computers spec not so much the brand, however gateway tend to make more low end/mid range computers so maybe not
- only the gateway fx's are good for gaming depending on your model, i cant tell if it is good for gaming like i said, the fx line is purely for gaming otherwise, the slimline, and the others are more home orriented if you want to look for some gaming computers, newegg is my 1st choice they have the most common gaming computers : ibuypower and cyberpowerpc unlike alienware, they are not as expensive depending on your buidget, you can look around for some good computers but remember, these days, if you dont want to keep rebuying computers, you're going to need at least a quad (i5 750 2.66ghz, amd phenom ll 925-965, any i7 processor, amd phenom x6) i will give you some links in all price ranges http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229181 729.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229130 749.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227257 849.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229188 999.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229190 1059.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883113122 1189.99
