Gateway Parts

Why am I hearing clicks and pops internally in different parts of my laptop as I hear it internally running?

is it being strained? Is this a sign that my computer's health will decline quicker? or is this just a regular thing that's supposed to happen as it's naturally running. I do use my laptop a lot. Sometimes I leaves on several hours and sometimes I don't. So becasue of that I'm turning it on and more than a couple of times each day. Is this bad? I have a hp entertainment notebook that I bought 3 or 4 months ago.

  1. Computers make little noises as they are running. If you hear any really nasty noises, like grinding, back up your data and turn it off.
  2. clicks and pops needs more explanation, it could be the hard drive read write head moving, the hard drive spinning, the fans spinning, the processor working, your speakers sparking, or thousands of other possibilities
