- call on dell call center they'll provide all genuine spares and good services
- It's got an old single-core CPU and uses older DDR memory. You could upgrade the RAM easily, go to crucial's website and see what your system can accept. http://www.crucial.com A DVD writer is an easy upgrade only costs about $30. Note that for your computer you'll probably need an DVD drive with the older IDE interface instead of SATA, which is standard today. Also note that CD/DVD drives which are sold as bulk or OEM don't include any software. You want the full retail box if your system didn't already have a DVD drive. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827100057
