Need to fix my headphone jack?

Hi! I have an Acer Extensa 5230E notebook and the green part of the headphone jack fell out and now when I plug in headphones some sound is in the speakers and some in the computer. Mostly the PC. Oh and when I plug in the monitor and the sound cable laptop to screen, still partial sound in each part. So, since this is so annoying, do ANY of you know how to fix it? Much appreciated. Oh I think the only reason the sound is funky is because the phones are loose.

1. Repair/replace the jack, but that would mean replacing the motherboard in the laptop and would cost a lot of money. I would just get on ebay and search for a usb stereo sound adapter. Cheap and will give u good sound
