I called the 1.800.846.2000 number and put in my SNID number to my laptop then it said "The serial number you entered is not an ACER system, please call your manufacture." and hung up. So i called again and put in my serial number this time; they said the same thing and hung up. So i referred to website and tried to put in an email; and it said your email did not go thru... TWICE! So then i went into laptop with these lowlife Hashim guy and he helped none... he said call this number 1.800.846.200 i told him i did and it said my pc is not an acer. He said well, go to mundocorps.com and i say i dont want to... i want to talk to GATEWAY. Sure enough... he gave me the same number again... so i then went to the site he gave me and it did not have my laptop series listed.... gateway is the absolute worst place to get anything because after you pay them... you're happiness with them no longer matters. And the website, and phone number... is specifically geared to not letting you contact them or get any help... PLEASE POST THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER... not 1.800.846.2000
