- hit print screen go to paint program edit-->paste GG
- I have a Mac and do something different. For PCs, supposedly you have to press prntscrn and return or control .. Sorry for no help :/
- generally, the print screen key saves the screenshot in the jpeg format. therefore you must use a microsoft paint or other artsy program.
- try holding the ctrl button. Thats the only way mine works, so Ctrl-PrtScn
- Assuming you are using Vista. How to take a screenshot of the word document... Open the word document > press Atl key and hold > press print screen key. Open Paint application > press Ctrl key and hold > press V key > now you have a screenshot of the word document at the Paint window > at the top, press File > Save As > select the folder you want to save to > click Save RE : Paint application Start button > All Programs > Accesssories > scroll down and click Paint. That will open the Paint application.
