Can you please let me know if this RAM is good for my laptop?

Your system is limited to 667 MHz memory, so the 800 MHz module will simply run at 667 MHz (the motherboard's maximum). Kingston has the better brand name recognition, but both modulres are likely to perform identically from a user standpoint.
