can i send 3,4 computer hardware parts to IRAN ?

i have a friend who lives in IRAN ... i want to send him a package about 30 pounds which includes : 1 RAM memory , 1 Hard Drive , 1 Power Supply and a Case. i wonder if there are any issues , restrictions and all ? comments of those who are well-informed are much appreciated.

1. Yes.. You can send those stuff, Don't worry but the custom house of Iran may force your friend to pay clearance and tax.
