I need a nice way to store boxes and spare computer parts?
My household is very computer-obsessed and we build computers for ourselves and family/friends, so we have a ton of random parts and empty product boxes (for when a part that's under warranty needs to be replaced, they often want original packaging). They're just all over the house right now stacked in various places, does anyone know of a good way to organize and store them in one place and get them out of the way?

- You should break down the boxes to store them, so they will take up a lot less room. Cut them along the taped or glued seams, and fold them flat. Then you can tie them in bundles with string, wire, straps, etc. If you ever need the boxes again, you can get them out and put them back in their original shape with box-sealing tape. For storing electronic parts, I think one of those cabinets with lots of small drawers would probably work best. If you label what's in each drawer (on the front of the drawer), you'll make life a lot easier.
- You can provide a room for those parts and boxes of computers. And if you would like to make it more organized, group similar parts and separate them from the others. After doing that, you can do some card catalog for the parts and keep those catalogs in a suspension file. If you would need some suspension file, you can use the link I provided.
