Where to buy computer parts cheap?

I want to build my own computer, but i cant find cheap parts anywher in australia, can someone please tell me where i can buy cheap parts either online in australia or in store (TAS)

1. stores themself wont have a big difference in prices, its more or less the same +- a bit in different stores if you want cheap things you need to buy used parts and hopefully either know about the parts them self, thier performace and what they are worth or teh seller knowing that (and not like the normal ppl that think they can still get 1000 bucks for a 2 year old computer that cost them 1500 bucks then)
2. Its impossible to get cheap computer parts in australia.
