Where can I find good quality, but cheap computer parts?

I am trying to build my own theoretical computer, and I need the following: case- I would like a full sized tower power supply- a good sized power supply CPU- I need a fast but cheap processor motherboard- a good motherboard RAM- RAM is cheap, and I need a lot of it hard drive- at least 40GB video card- good enough for the latest games sound card- ditto disk drives- is DVD-RAM the best? I also need a floppy drive (I know, I know) for mostly sentimental reasons
