Where can i get very cheap computer components? Singapore or thailand?

I want to know that where I can buy the best and cheap computer parts. Is that Singapore or Thailand?

4. Singapore is a duty-free port and is more likely to have better prices than Thailand, which has fairly high taxes on computers and accessories. You can check prices on computers and components in Thailand on the Pantip Plaza website below, which is also probably the best place in the country to buy computers, software and components. 5. How about in between the two? In Malaysia, one can find good computer parts and electronics without the 17% VAT and import taxes that accompany such a purchase in Thailand. I can't speak for Singapore, but I know there is VAT because I bought a new Nikon camera in Malaysia for the equivalent of 58,000 baht, when it was 73,000 in Thailand, and roughly 66,000 in Singapore. If you're looking for spare parts, than Thailand and Singapore will have what you're looking for, but the price will depend on a number of factors such as age, compatibility, quantity, demand, etc.
