Cheap computers or computer parts?

Does anyone know a good website, or store I can go to, to get computer parts, or a computer. My motherboard and powersupply recently fried on my computer and since I had an agp motherboard all my peices are basically useless. the only useful things I have are a hard drive, disc drives, and memory. I was thinkin of rebuildin another one or buyin one that can be upgraded but dont know where to look. I live in cincinnati, OH if anyone knows any stores around there
