Gateway Parts - Is there any company (except ebay and amazon, etc) which buys back used computer parts from people?

Is there any company (except ebay and amazon, etc) which buys back used computer parts from people?

I know that there are companies which buy used cell phones from people...is there any company which does the same thing for computer parts?

Well... I don't know about this buy I'm saying Tiger Direct. They sell reburbished parts and computers including laptops, so I don't know if they buy used parts. I'm just throwing names here!
