Used computer parts...especially hardrive?

HI, guys I need to buy a computer hardrive that has a system installed in it. But I don't know any place from which I can buy hardrives that has system installed in it. I searched in many websites but everywhere I can only find new or used hardrives that is empty or don't have any kinds operating system installed in it. Does anybody know where can I find a hardrive that already had an OPERATING SYSTEM installed in it? Please help me to find out one
